These rules protect YOU as a PLRVideoDepot.com (a HowIDid Enterprises Division) member as well as all members by preventing other PLRVideoDepot.com members from abusing this membership site.

By subscribing to PLRVideoDepot.com, you agreed to the Rules, Terms and Conditions identified here and throughout the PLRVideoDepot.com web site.

These are the Rules and laws for remaining an PLRVideoDepot.com member:

PLRVideoDepot.com will not be held responsible and/or liable in any way for any loss or failure of any kind that you may face or encounter.

You are fully responsible to make sure you use PLRVideoDepot.com products in ways that do not break or violate any laws in the United States or elsewhere. It is your obligation to make sure the products are not used in any way that violates any online and offline laws.

You are fully responsible to inform your customers and people who purchase PLRVideoDepot.com products from you about their legal responsibilities.

PLRVideoDepot.com have the full, unconditional rights to terminate PLRVideoDepot.com membership website at any time.

PLRVideoDepot.com can discontinue PLRVideoDepot.com at any time without prior notice and has no obligation to continue to operate the PLRVideoDepot.com membership site.

PLRVideoDepot.com members do not have ownership rights to any of the products offered by PLRVideoDepot.com.

You cannot claim copyright to these products or their content unless you were to substantially rewrite them, such that the newly rewritten work has been changed sufficiently enough to satisfy legal requirements allowing you to claim copyright.

If you use the content to create a derivative work such as a content based web-site, we don't mind if you claim copyright to the overall site.

Only PLRVideoDepot.com member can sell PLRVideoDepot.com products. A PLRVideoDepot.com member is not allowed to make others, directly or indirectly, sell (ie "distribute") PLRVideoDepot.com products for him/her. This does not prevent affiliates from "promoting" the products for a PLRVideoDepot.com member (such as in the ClickBank marketplace).

A PLRVideoDepot.com member may never describe any PLRVideoDepot product as "free" under any circumstances. Doing so is a just cause to have their membership cancelled immediately.

If you cancel your membership but want to continue to use previously downloaded content, you can do it at no extra charge. This allows you to continue use of previously downloaded content as if you were a current PLRVideoDepot.com member. Your license remains subject to the PLRVideoDepot.com rules. However, you will not be able to download any future products.

A PLRVideoDepot.com member may not give or share his/her access information to PLRVideoDepot.com members' website or products to anyone else.

A PLRVideoDepot.com member is free to use the products on any PC that (s)he owns. With the exception of material which is marked for resale by members, a PLRVideoDepot.com member is free to use the products on any web site that (s)he owns.

A PLRVideoDepot.com member gets product upgrades whenever available as long as the member is still paying the monthly membership subscription fee.

PLRVideoDepot.com are not obliged to provide new products every month. In such a case, the members would be getting resale rights to products already available in the download area and can unsubscribe at any time.

PLRVideoDepot.com owners reserve the right to cease, suspend and remove at their own discretion the membership of any member at any time.

Cancellation Policy: The contract is month to month and you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us through our helpdesk and submitting a account cancellation ticket.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a money back guarantee. You will receive the source code of our products (such as .avi files for video products, .psd files for graphics, word files for sales letters) and once the source code is delivered to you, there is no way we can restrict the usage at your end. We provide a sample at our home page. Please check that sample thoroughly before you make your buying decision.

Things You Definitely Can NOT do, No Matter What, without Permission:

Spamming is totally forbidden. If you are caught, OR we receive multiple complaints, etc. you will be removed immediately. No debate, no refunds. Please make sure any list you use is Opt-in.

A PLRVideoDepot.com member may NOT distribute PLRVideoDepot.com images or grant any other person rights to use them.

You shall not hold PLRVideoDepot.com responsible in any way for any loss you may incur.

Becoming a PLRVideoDepot.com member does not entitle you to any ownership of any products products offered by PLRVideoDepot.com.

Under no circumstances, are you allowed to pass the source code files to your customers. They are strictly for your personal use for rebranding purpose.
